I am a certified and experienced Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher with over 18 years of teaching experience. I run studio face to face classes in Chelmsford & around Essex.

A regular yoga practice can be a powerful tool to help you through life's ups and down; reduce stress and anxiety, help with sleep, improve flexibility and posture as well as improving overall physical health and well-being.

For those working from home, you may want help stretching out your back & shoulders from sitting for long periods of time at a desk.

Others may take more from the mental benefits of yoga - learning to take time for yourself, stretch, breathe and meditate.
