I'm a fully qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher (Junior Intermediate 3) and have been practising yoga since 1995, teaching since 2005.
I'm passionate about yoga and its health benefits for body & mind. Practising yoga has helped me tackle health issues, and become a more relaxed, balanced person. I bring my enthusiasm and knowledge to every class, tailoring towards individual needs when possible.
I teach classes in Chelmsford & surrounding areas. All abilities are welcome - from complete beginners to experienced students. 121's and small groups classes available on request.
Regular yoga practice energizes the body & mind. Classes include asana or posture work, relaxation and pranayama, or breathing techniques, similar to meditation.
Benefits include increased strength, flexibility, balance, peace of mind & concentration.
