Regular workshops are run on a Friday evening 6.45-8.45pm at Highwood Village Hall, Chelmsford CM3 4TG.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your yoga practice with an extended 2 hours class.

A minimum of 1 year's Iyengar yoga experience is required. Booking is essential - with a maximum of 16 places. 

Please bring your own yoga mat & equipment.
