YOGA WITH CLAIRE

GENERAL LEVEL

Monthly workshops on 3rd Friday of every month 6.45-8.45pm at Highwood Village Hall, Chelmsford CM3 4TG.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your yoga practice with an extended 2 hours class.

A minimum of 1 year's Iyengar yoga experience is required. Booking is essential - with a maximum of 16 places. 

Please bring your own yoga mat & equipment.

Cost £25 or £60 for block of 3 (48 hours cancellation policy)

BEGINNERS LEVEL

Monthly mini workshop on Fridays 6-7.30pm at my studio, Chelmsford CM2.

Ideal for those with less than 1 years experience.
